Larry
Larry
A. Lane, Agency Principle has over 20 years insurance experience.
He is competent and knowledgeable in his ability to assist
you in evaluating and accessing your insurance needs.
Larry obtained a BA Degree in Economics with a Minor in Risk
and Insurance from Central Washington State University. After
graduation Larry was appointed as an agent for New York Life,
whom honored him with Agent of the Year his first two consecutive
years.
Larry went on to earn membership in the coveted Million
Dollar Round Table. This past year Larry, as the agency owner,
received a prestigious award for outstanding performance and
service excellence from Progressive.
Larry credits his staff for their ability to hold to the
agency vision of “serving others in the same manor,
as you would want to be helped yourself”. Larry’s
philosophy of “Not selling insurance but rather helping
you purchase it” has set our agency apart from the competition |

Mike
Michael
Brown, Office Manager is an organized administrator. Michael
pays attention to every detail and aspect of your insurance
account. He interfaces with company underwriters to assure
that you are receiving every available discount and that your
account is rated properly. Upon renewal, Michael monitors
your rates to determine if a different company would provide
the same coverage but at a more favorable rate – thus
saving you money.
Michael has a BA degree in Sociology from Edinboro State
College of Pennsylvania and prior to insurance worked as a
counselor, counseling troubled youth. Mike, more interested
in the total security and well being of our clients can often
be found discussing “issues” and offering strategies
for successful relational resolution.
Mike has completed the Customer Service Representative Course
and is a Florida licensed CSR. He is currently involved in
continuing education courses on commercial insurance. When

Michelle
Michelle
Dandeneau, Customer Service Representative is knowledgeable
in automobile and homeowners insurance. Michelle began her
insurance career as a title insurance processor and later
worked with Apex Managers, Inc. as an underwriter issuing
policies for the Florida Joint Underwriters Association. Initially,
Michelle was hired on in a clerical position, but shortly
received a promotion to the Underwriting Department where
she managed and supervised 3 employees.
Michelle completed the Customer Service Representative requirements
for the state of Florida, and is a licensed CSR. Michelle
is currently enrolled in continuing education to obtain agent
status. Michelle specializes in all aspects of the personal
lines insurance with emphasis on property, condo, homeowner
and renters insurance.
You can depend on Michelle to provide knowledgeable and competent
service and resolve any insurance issue quickly and effectively. |

Crystal
Crystal
Burns, Customer Service Representative is knowledgeable in
both personal lines and commercial insurance.
In 1996, Crystal began working in insurance field as a file
clerk for Get Rates Online. She was promoted to customer service
representative in personal lines.
Crystal’s education includes continuing education courses
in both personal and commercial insurance, thereby affording
her the opportunity to enter the commercial market as an agent
for Doherty, Duggan and Rouse Insurers of Albany, GA where
she gained 2.5 years of commercial experience.
Crystal recently returned to her home in Florida and was
re-employed by Get Rates Online to oversee the commercial
insurance department. We are certain that you will find Crystal
both willing and competent in assisting you with your insurance
